Explore a pumpkin patch, savor a few tasty fall treats and play in some hay for the perfect fall experience in the Fredericksburg Region! Find all the details below.

Belvedere Plantation

Enjoy 30+ family-friendly activities, visit with friendly farm animals and nibble on tasty treats. Choose from several varieties of PYO and pre-picked pumpkins and gourds. Extra Fee Activities: Pumpkin Plunkin’ (paintball arcade), Paint the Pest, Barnyard Blasters, Cut Flowers, Pumpkin Painting. The Red Rooster Grill available on- site. Pumpkin Patch lighted for picking Friday & Saturday nights!
New this year: Sunflower Festival: Sunflower pick-your-own field open September 21-22, 24-26, and 27-29. Sunflower field closes at sundown on Friday & Saturday.

Breahead Farm

Play in the Family Playgrounds, visit farm animals, the hay barn, sand piles and more. Several varieties of PYO and pre-picked pumpkins and gourds are available. Enjoy an ice cream cone, popcorn, pretzels, cookies, muffins and more!
New this year: Jessie from Toy Story will be at Braehead Farm’s Festival September 28th and 29th. She will be in her clubhouse located in the front “pick-your-own fields” from 10am-2pm.

Free Admission Area- Braehead Farm’s “Pick-Your-Own” fields in the front of the Braehead Farm Market never have an admission fee. Pumpkins are sold for .69 cents a pound.
Admission Area – Behind the Market they have The Family Play-Grounds which are always $5.00 per person, age 2 and under free!
*The Fall Festival Event on the weekends is an additional $4.00 to attend, age 2 and under free.

Miller’s Farm

Pumpkin patch opens September 28th. Several varieties of PYO and pre-picked pumpkins and gourds available. Wheelbarrow loads available for purchase of $85. You must be able to get your full wheelbarrow to the counter, and to your vehicle, without the pumpkins falling off, and without someone holding them in the wheelbarrow. You can mix and match pumpkins. Perfect photo opportunity! JoJo’s Kitchen is open 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Bring the kids and stay for lunch from JoJo’s Kitchen, and we are hand dipping Ice Cream Cones! Come explore and get lost in our 8 acre corn maze! Our theme is Cows in the Cornfield. The maze is open 8am-5pm. Mondays-Fridays. Last entrance into the maze is 4:00. On Saturdays the maze is open 8am-5pm. Last entrance to the maze is 4:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.

Children under 3 are free. Mondays through Fridays check in at the Market. On Saturdays check in with the Red Hut at the Corn Maze.

Sneads Asparagus Farm

Fall Festival Sept. 28-Oct. 31.. Several varieties of PYO and pre-picked pumpkins and gourds available. Sunflower fields also available for PYO. Expansive play area, animals on site, and The Well at Snead’s Farm restaurant.
New this year: Tarzan Patch with giant variety of pumpkins for sale. Some up to 200 lbs! CSA Early Bird Special : Join before Oct. 2 and get 10 percent off a small or full share!
Snead’s accepts cash and all major credit cards. Dogs on leash are welcome!

Walnut Hill Farm at Elm Springs

Come on out and visit a working farm. Use some vintage machines to shell corn, then take it to the grinding station and make feed to give to the chickens. Hayrides, pumpkin patch, small corn maze, farm animals petting zoo, hands on activities during the tours.
Hours: 5 weekends are open for the Fall Farm Tours. The last 2 weekends in September and the first 3 weekends in October.
