Class will begin with a guided meditation. After the meditation each participant will be creating a multi-level masterpiece on a 12” x 12” canvas. Creating art in and of itself is a form of meditation, we will express ourselves through the use of color, markmaking, and text. The final layer will be a beautiful mandala. Each painting will be unique and express each individual’s inner spirit. Namaste!
